TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping will be handled by a courier and delivery will be within 24/48 hours from date of order payment receipt on the Italian mainland and within 72 hours for the Italian islands. International delivery will incur different timing based on final destination being within the EU or outside the EU. All information on shipments will be released at time of order. Payment receipt is immediate whether made with credit card, pre-paid card or Paypal. Advanced money transfer might require a few additional days to be cashed. All order data needs to appear on the money transfer to allow a better order handling.
ONLINE SELLING TERMS (by confirming the order the customer also agrees to the data treatment (as per law 196/2003) and agrees to the following contractual terms)
Orders: the online purchasing order is finalized when confirmed up to the final selling terms and privacy . The customer will receive confirmation of the order by email at the email address provided when registering.
Prices: the selling prices of the products are inclusive of VAT.
Order cancellation: at any time before the actual payment the customer can void the order. A written communication must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of missing payment, the order will be automatically voided by Vittorio Valsecchi after 10 days.
Payment terms: the customer can select the method of payment among the ones offered by the web site while placing the order. Please check the page ORDERS AND RETURNS for details on the accepted methods of payment. Vittorio Valsecchi can cancel or activate one or more method of payment.
Order fulfillment: once the payment is received Vittorio Valsecchi will ship the merchandise following the methods selected by the customer while placing the order. Orders are fulfilled as per quantities available in storage. Therefore the acceptance of an order is based on product availability in storage. The customer will be immediately advised of any shipment delay due to shortage of merchandise in storage.
Delivery time and costs: the delivery will be made to the address indicate by the customer on the order. Time is expressed in working days starting from the day after order payment receipt. Free shipping worldwide, excluding custom taxes for shipments outside de EU-zone. No free returns, please contact us by email if you need to return your order.
Vittorio Valsecchi is released by its customers in case of missed or delayed or partial delivery due to force majeure, fluke and in any case to all causes ascribed to the postal or courier service. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly pointed out when placing the order. The actual shipping is free. Please check the page SHIPPING COSTS for details on shipping methods and costs. Vittorio Valsecchi can cancel or activate one or more shipping method.
Catalog changes: Vittorio Valsecchi can modify its catalog by adding or changing imagines and texts without incurring into any dispute.
Right of withdrawal: if the customer is a consumer (i.e. an individual buying the products for personal use and not related to a professional activity), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchasing contract for no specific reason, without having to provide explanation and with no penalty. To exercise such a right, the customer will have to notify Vittorio Valsecchi within 10 days from receiving the merchandise. Notification will have to be sent by registered return mail to Calzaturificio Vittorio Valsecchi Via Leopardi 26 20015 Parabiago (MI) Italy. Once the notification is received, Vittorio Valsecchi will advise the customer how to progress with the merchandise return. Return and shipping costs are charged to the customers. The merchandise will have to be returned whole and in its original packaging, with all its parts and with no damage or breaking. Should damage or breaking appear, the withdrawal won’t be allowed. If the terms to allow the right of withdrawal are present, Vittorio Valsecchi will activate the reimbursement within 14 days from merchandise receipt, withholding any expense relative to assessed damage to the goods.
Delivery vices: the customer will have to denounce any defect found in the merchandise within 5 days from its receipt with registered return mail sent to Calzaturificio Vittorio Valsecchi Via Leopardi 26 20015 Parabiago (MI) Italy . After 5 days from day of receipt the merchandise is intended as accepted by the customer.
Jurisdiction: the contract is regulated by the Italian law. Any dispute related to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the trading terms is under the Milan Jurisdiction.
